PinBond® Adhesive Dot
As a specialist in thermoplastic coatings, New Textiles Technologies has developed an adhesive system which perfectly bonds two elastomeric materials. This allows for:
- Minimum number of connecting points
- Maintenance of the original elasticity
- Maximum adhesion
PinBond® Direct Coating
We have 5 different application packages:
- PinBond coating on full width fabrics
- Coating and die-cutting of elastic materials
- Coating and laminating
- Coating, laminating and die-cutting
- Coating, die-cutting and fusing of multiple pieces
PinBond® Transfer paper
The adhesive dots are applied on special carrier paper. The adhesive dots are quickly and easily transferred from the carrier paper to the fabric utilizing a fusing process which takes place during manufacturing. This is achievable with a standard fusing press. This allows for complete control over which components are fused and subsequently bonded together.
